Imrul never wants to play under Hathurusingha again

Bangladeshi opener Imrul Kayes has revealed that former Bangladesh head coach Chandika Hathurusingha is one coach he doesn’t want to play anymore in his life. During in a live session Imrul Kayes revealed it while playing Rapid fire round.

During the Facebook live session with Cricadda, Imrul was asked under which coach he don’t want to play anymore. He was given three option of Jamie Siddons, Steve Rhodes and Chandika Hathurusingha. Imrul picked Hathurusingha in the answer. Later he was asked about the reason why he didn’t want to play under his surveillance.

“Actually my career would be more smooth if Hathurusingha wanted. I played under his surveillance but despite playing well and having form I couldn’t be regular on playing XI.  He didn’t had trust upon me, that’s why he couldn’t believe my worth.

“As a coach he is one of the best there is no doubt about it. But as a person he has some problems. He used to engage on the players those who were regular form and played well. He didn’t look at the player when they had bad times,” Imrul said in the answer.

Chandika Hathurusingha was Bangladesh head coach from 2014 to 2017. After he took over Bangladesh a massive development has seen on Bangladesh side. At the same time some rumors also arouse that he had conflict with the senior players. It went in people that he wanted to include the young talents in the team and exclude the senior players.
