India’s predicted XI for first ODI
Virat Kohli and his men are ready for another new challenge in Australia. Men in blue will kickstart their long outing in Australia with the first of the three-match ODI series on November 27th in Sydney. Last time they had a good outing and clinched the ODI series 2-1.
This time also Virat Kohli and co have a good chance to recreate another ODI series win in Australia. Considering the recently concluded IPL 2020, all the key players are in good form which is an absolute positive for India ahead of the series. Let’s have a look at India’s probable starting XI for the ODI series.
1.Openers – Shikhar Dhawan and Mayank Agarwal
Shikhar Dhawan will be back to his position after missing out India’s last ODI series against New Zealand due to injury. In the absence of Rohit Sharma, the left-handed batsman will carry more responsibility in his shoulder. The southpaw batsman has a good record against Aussies as well as on Australian soil.
Along with Shikhar Dhawan, Mayank Agarwal might be made as to the second opener. Already he opened the innings in New Zealand in the absence of Rohit Sharma. Even though he failed there, he is in the red hot form now. His batting records in IPL 2020 look good and that appeals to make him the opener for India in Australia.
