India’s record in New Zealand is not hasn’t been up to the top standards in the recent meetings as they haven’t won even a single ODI in the five-match series in 2014. Avid cricket fans would certainly recall one of the best cricket matches between both the teams that saw Ravindra Jadeja taking the game to the very final ball of the over which eventually ended up in a draw.

Other than the draw, India lost all the four matches. India’s record in T20Is and Tests in New Zealand has also not been good either. To make the cricketing package ever so good, New Zealand Cricket (NZC) announced that 5 T20Is, 3 ODIs and 2 Tests will be played in the island country.

India are now in England battling it out in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup. They have won their opening fixture against South Africa in Southampton and now are preparing for their second fixture against Australia at the Oval on Sunday.

On the other hand, New Zealand have won 2 games in a row and are preparing for their third fixture against Afghanistan at Taunton’s County Ground on Sunday.
