CSK to organize four-day camp, all eyes on DhoniThe three-time IPL champions are organizing the camp to immerse themselves before heading to the desert. And with this, Dhoni is returning to cricket.

‘Captain Cool’ was last seen on CSK’s net in February-March. After that there was a lockdown across the country. Dhoni left Chennai and moved to Ranchi Farmhouse. Needless to say, he will be at the center of all the attractions once CSK’s camp begins. Dhoni is scheduled to leave for Chennai on August 15. And from August 16 he will go down in the net. Kasi Viswanathan, Chief Executive Officer, CSK, said, “We have appealed to the Tamil Nadu government to set up camp. We have also been given verbal consent. However, written consent has not yet reached us. Once that is done, we will start a camp with Indian players.”

Brijesh Patel, chairman of the IPL Governing Council, said yesterday that the government’s written permission had reached them. As a result, there is no problem in arranging IPL on the soil of UAE. IPL will start from September 19. It will continue till November 10.
