IPL 2021: 3 teams that can target Mujeeb Ur Rahman

Hampshire sign Mujeeb for T20 Blast

The IPL franchises started to release their players ahead of the 14th edition of the inaugural league. And this time, we have the Afghani spinner, Mujeeb Ur Rehman who is one of the best players that Afghanistan has ever produced.

The off-spinner made his IPL debut in 2018 as he was bought by Kings XI Punjab for Rs.4 Crore in the auction. He bagged 14 wickets during that season and in 2019, the latter had been dominated which forced Punjab to drop him ahead of the IPL 2020.

Sunil Gavaskar picks ideal playing XI for Rajasthan Royals

One of the finest teams of the Indian Premier League, Rajasthan Royals didn’t have a good time in the previous season. They suffered the lack of consistency in bowling excluding the English pacer Jofra Archer.

Their bowlers didn’t give enough support to the Englishman which costed them to lose important games during the end of the league. Coming to the point, Mujeeb would be a great choice for Rajasthan as he can give them the breakthrough whenever the team needs.
