The foreign players are leaving the ongoing India Premier League (IPL) season for the World Cup preparations. The likes of Jos Buttler, Jonny Bairstow and Sam Billings have flown home. The recent addition to the list is Australia’s left-arm seamer, Jason Behrendorff. He left for his country to join Australia’s World Cup training camp.

The Australian pacer took to Twitter to announce the news after his team lost against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the Eden Gardens. Even though he did not feature in yesterday’s game, he did his best whenever the opportunity knocked him. Jason has played 5 matches this season and picked up 5 wickets at an economy of 8.68.
