Kohli all set to show his old aggressive attitude
World cricket is at a standstill due to the deadly coronavirus. With cricket back on the field after the crisis, India captain Virat Kohli is all set to show his old aggressive form. Kohli says this when he’s responding to a question on a TV show in India.
“I have been under home quarantine for a long time,” Kohli said.
“There is very little thought about cricket now. But at this time I am keeping myself positive and happy. Thinking about the future. I am emphasizing on what is ahead in life. So that whenever I can go back to cricket, I can start from where I finished, I can maintain this confidence. I am ready to play as before or to play better.”
Kohli is one of the best players in the world with the bat. He is the run machine of India’s batting line-up. Kohli is keeping an eye on the batting mentality to be in the right place.
Kohli has been under home quarantine for a long time due to lockdowns across India. Though he’s passing a good time with his wife Bollywood star Anushka Sharma, Kohli is missing a lot of things outside.
“I miss the time on the field, I miss cricket badly,” he said. “This includes IPL. The IPL has created a lot of excitement among fans and cricketers, I am missing those exciting times.”
