Former India captain Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar hit 17 centuries while target chasing and now Virat Kohli has able to put his neck beside the little master. Kohli, in his first match, as a full time skipper of the side was under tremendous pressure as India lost 4 top orders batsmen within 63 runs while chasing a massive target of 350 runs. The run machine scored 122 runs in 105 deliveries with 8 fours and 5 sixes.
Kohli partnered Jadhav in a 166 run partnership who also scored his century, eventually became more destructive than the newly appointed skipper to lead India into the monumental victory with almost two overs to spare in the innings.
