Once tumbling Bangladesh cricket raise as phoenix from the ashes under the captaincy of Mashrafe Bin Mortaza. The pioneer captain led the country towards glory especially in limited over cricket since last several years.
And after gaining the biggest win in one day international cricket, Mashrafe has rubbed shoulder with former captain Habibul Bashar to lead Bangladesh in most number of ODI wins, with the latter played 17 matches less.
So far Mashrafe claimed 29 wins as a captain equaling Habibul Bashar. But the present captain of team Bangladesh led the country in 52 matches while the former captained in 69 matches.

Under the captaincy of Habibul Bashar, Bangladesh qualified for the second round of the ICC World Cup in 2007.
Whereas Mashrafe Bin Mortaza led Bangladesh to play in the quarter final of ICC World Cup in 2015. Afterwards the Tigers whitewashed India, Pakistan and South Africa at home.
Last but not the least, Mashrafe’s competent captaincy elevated Bangladesh in the semi-final of the last ICC Champions Trophy.
