Mashrafe occupies best economy rate for Bangladesh

After all the pessimism about Mashrafe Bin Mortaza’s career, he is still in better shape than any other fast bowlers in the team Bangladesh. Age and primarily the fitness hindrances might cut out significant pace from his bowling but Mashrafe has been running with excellent accuracy since long.

It was only Mashrafe Bin Mortaza who provided 29 runs in 9 overs taking a single wicket – the best economy rate marked beside his name with 2.77.

The esteemed Bangladesh limited over captain expressed pleasure upon team performance in the start of the new season.

The third country of the tri-nation series is Sri Lanka, against whom Bangladesh will play a bilateral Test series and T20I series after the completion of the tri-nation series.

Bangladesh will play their second match in the tri-nation series on 19th of this month, against Sri Lanka.

The second match against Zimbabwe will be on 23rd of January.
