Mashrafee tests corona Positive again
Former Bangladesh national team captain Mashrafe bin Mortaza was attacked in corona on June 20. He was undergoing treatment at his home in Dhaka following the doctor’s advice. But after 14 days, when he tested the sample to detect corona presence, it came back ‘positive’ again.
According to reliable sources, former Bangladesh team captain and Narail-2 MP Mashrafe tested positive for the virus, for the second time. He also confirmed the matter to a popular daily in Bangladesh.
Three days after Mashrafe’s attack, COVID-19 was also detected in his younger brother, Morsalin Bin Mortaza’s sample. Although, His brother is well now. Mashrafe’s two children Sahel and Humaira’s corona test result was ‘negative’. The day after Mashrafe was attacked, he sent his two children to Narail. His wife Sumona Haque Sumi is at home with him, in Mirpur.
Mashrafe has been very active in doing welfare activities for the underprivileged people, since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. He has ensured medical services starting from financial assistance to the needy in his constituency Narail-2. The Narail Express called cricketer has also been seen contributing to many humanitarian causes.
The horror of coronavirus is not diminishing. The number of patients with corona is increasing on daily basis. The death toll has also risen too much. When the situation is tense all over the country, this deadly virus has also spread in Bangladesh cricket. Skipper tamim Iqbals brother and former cricketer Nafees iqbal was also tested corona positive along with his family but a few days ago they have been recovered from the deadly virus.
