Match officials announced for Pakistan v England Tests

Six umpires, three of whom are members of the ICC Elite Panel of Referees, will conduct the tests

Andy Pycroft, a member of the ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees, will lead the match control teams for the three matches of the ICC World Test Championship between Pakistan and England in December.

Seven umpires, three of whom are from the ICC elite umpire panel, will referee the tests in Rawalpindi (1-5), Multan (9-13) and Karachi (17-21), according to a PCB press release on Thursday .
Joel Wilson, one of the 11 members of the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires, will join Ahsan Raza as on-field referee for the opening Test, which will be the first between the two teams on Pakistani soil since 2005. Marais Erasmus will be the third referee and Asif Yaqoob the fourth referee.
Marais Erasmus and Aleem Dar, the other two referees on the ICC Elite Refereeing Panel, will take on on-field duties in Multan, while Joel Wilson and Rashid Riaz will take on the duties of third and fourth referee.
The playing control team for the third test in Karachi is the same as the first test, with Joel Wilson and Ahsan Raza returning as on-field referees, and Marais Erasmus and Asif Yaqoob taking on the roles of third and fourth referees.
Ahsan Raza, Asif Yaqoob and Rashid Riaz are members of the ICC International Panel of Umpires.
