Morgan still unhappy with Bangladesh tour


The England Cricket team toured Bangladesh two months ago before they started a four month long marathon series against former world champions Indian Cricket team in India. Eon Morgan has recently reached the team and once again has expressed his anger about the Bangladesh tour of his team but for a different reason. The Irish batsman was criticised heavily for not touring Bangladesh in the away series, despite green signal of their national intelligence after some practical investigations of the security planning by Bangladesh Cricket Board.

His team won the series comprehensively but it was not enough to satify the former cricketers who slammed Eon Morgan for opting out his name of the series, tagging as irresponsible captain. The English captain handled the situation nicely until a recent interview in which he counter the former cricketers and all his critics.

Morgan while talking to media in India said, “I dont think this was a major issue of not touring there (Bangladesh). But my family had to went through alot of criticism for that. That is why they are very unhappy also. I am still not feeling guilty of not going there.”

” I am not sorry for that. Instead I am very happy of my decision. We have come here (India) three days ago, practicing freely. I never thought that incident of not going there (Bangladesh) was a big thing. I did what I though was right for that time. Whatever we (family) have learn from this, we realised is a part of life,” added the English Captain.

The test series has already concluded In India with the hosts dominating with a four win out of five matches against the Three Lions. The One Day International series is started next week.
