Neesham posts a hilarious comment on Mayank’s workout post
New Zealand all-rounder Jimmy Neesham may not have a massive fan-following on Twitter but he is slowly turning attention towards him with his cryptic and hilarious tweets on social media. It is no doubt that he is known for his good sense of humour.
Every now and then, Neesham doesn’t shy away from commenting on cricketers’ posts on Instagram and Twitter. Every time, he comes up with an innovative way of trolling other cricketers just for fun. Fans started liking his posts. The New Zealand international once again showed his antics on Twitter as he trolled his former Kings XI Punjab teammate Mayank Agarwal.
It is good to have banter between the known cricketers and only then the fun quotient gets doubled. Neesham knows Indian cricketer Mayank very well since they shared the dressing room during Neesham’s stint at Kings XI Punjab in the Indian Premier League. Neesham’s comment on Mayank’s post has been the talking point on social media.
It all started when Mayank had posted an image of him battling it out and intensely working out at the gym ahead of the fourth and final Test match against England which is slated to be held on March 4 at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Ahead of the match, he engaged in a workout session where he took to his official Instagram handle and came up with a workout pic along with a caption.
His caption reads: “It’s about effort. And when you bring that effort every single day, that’s where transformation happens. #workhardplayhard #mondaymotivation (sic).”

Meanwhile, New Zealand all-rounder Jimmy Neesham posted a remark on the post on Instagram writing, “Congratulations! Boy or girl?” comparing Mayank Agarwal’s expression on his face to that of a lady giving birth.
Neesham’s comment went viral on social media. Fans couldn’t control their laughter as they came up with laughing emojis to this post.
On the work front, Mayank Agarwal is currently busy with the Indian cricket team in Ahmedabad. Despite his good start to his Test cricketer, he failed to cement his spot for his string of inconsistent scores of late.
As of now, Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill have convinced the Indian selectors that they are the best opening pair now. On the contrary, Neesham is currently part of New Zealand’s white-ball squads. He is now with the T20I side that is locking horns with Australia in a five-match T20I series at home.
Neesham set the stadium on fire during the second T20I match where he scored a 16-ball-45 with the help of 6 sixes and a four at a remarkable strike-rate of 281.25. New Zealand won the first match by 53 runs and won the second match by 4 runs to take a 2-0 lead in the series. They are just a victory away from winning the series.
