MS Dhoni is the only captain to win three ICC titles (ICC T20 World Cup 2007, ICC World Cup 2011, ICC Champions Trophy 2014). Even Virat Kohli has told that MS Dhoni has the best cricketing brain. Not just him alone, we have heard several experts boasting MS Dhoni a lot.

Kapil Dev who led India to 1983 World Cup victory has praised MS Dhoni once again emphasizing that there is no cricketer better than MS Dhoni who served the nation with tonnes of pride, grit and determination.

“I don’t have to say anything about Dhoni. I think he has served the country very well and we must respect him,” India Today cited reports as quoting the former India all-rounder, considered among the best the country has produced.

“No one knows how long he wants to play and how long his body can continue to take the workload. But, there is no other cricketer who has served the country so well as Dhoni. We should respect him and wish him good luck. I hope that he wins this World Cup too,” Kapil Dev added.

At the same time, Kapil also reckons that it won’t be easy for Virat Kohli and Co at World Cup in the UK.

“This Indian team looks very good. However, it won’t be very easy. They have to play like a team. I hope that they will have no injuries. If they have a stroke of luck, they will definitely win.”
