No Indian cricketer in World XI to tour Pakistan

To highlight the Independence of Pakistan a friendly T20 series of Pakistan team against World XI has been arranged.

Tamim Iqbal Khan is the only Bangladeshi player to get chance on the squad.

But due to some political issues no Indian cricketers have been placed on the squad like expected before.

12th, 13th and 15th September are the dates on which the matches are going to be placed at the Gaddafi Stadium at Lahore.

The squad consists of: Faf Du Plessis, Hashim Amla, Samuel Badree, George Bailey, Paul Collingwood, Ben Cutting, Grant Elliot, Tamim Iqbal, Morne Morkel, Tim Pain, Thisara Perera, Imran Tahir and Darren Sammy.
