New Zealand Cricket (NZC) has confirmed tours of Pakistan in December 2022 and April 2023. The two sides will face off in two Tests, eight ODIs and five T20Is during the two visits.

The Kane Williamson-led team will travel to Pakistan in December 2022 for two Tests and three ODIs before competing again in April 2023 for five ODIs and five T20Is.
It is important to mention here that the two-game Test series will be part of the World Test Championship, while the ODI series will be part of the ODI World Cup Super League.
According to the details, the New Zealand team will come to Pakistan after playing a white-ball format series in India that ends on November 30.
The Kiwis are expected to play two Tests and three ODIs in Pakistan during this period.
Later, in April 2023, New Zealand will come to Pakistan again to play three ODIs. Those ODIs were canceled back in 2021 after New Zealand pulled out of the Pakistan tour in the 11th hour, citing security threats to its players.
Last year, the New Zealand cricket team canceled the tour of Pakistan minutes before the first game in Rawalpindi, citing safety concerns despite foolproof security measures.
The Pakistan Cricket Board last month received compensation from New Zealand Cricket for the abrupt cancellation of the tour, which also helped normalize relations between the two cricket-playing nations.
Last month the Pakistan Cricket Board also accepted New Zealand's invitation for the October tri-series with Pakistan, Bangladesh and New Zealand ahead of the T20 World Cup.
The Pakistan cricket team has a busy schedule over the next six months, which has forced the Cricket Board to cancel the three-game ODI series against Afghanistan.
