PCB recalls Pakistan players from BPL

This time there are five Pakistani cricketers in Comilla Victorians, the most in BPL. They are- Mohammad Rizwan, Khushdil Shah, Hasan Ali, Naseem Shah, and Abrar Ahmed.

Some Pakistani cricketers are playing the ongoing season of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) from the beginning. Some joined the team later.
This time there are five Pakistani cricketers in Comilla Victorians, the most in BPL. They are- Mohammad Rizwan, Khushdil Shah, Hasan Ali, Naseem Shah, and Abrar Ahmed. Fast bowler Naseem showed fiery bowling on his debut in Comilla’s last match. While Mohammad Rizwan and Khushdil Shah are performing well in every match.
Also, there are cricketers in the other franchises also. Shoaib Malik, Haris Rauf and Mohammad Nawaz who have been in great form are in Rangpur Riders. Mohammad Amir, Mohammad Haris and Imad Wasim are in the top-places team Sylhet Strikers. Stars like Iftikhar Ahmed, Mohammad Wasim, Haider Ali are showing their worth in Fortune Barishal’s jersey. Dhaka Dominators have Shan Masood, Ahmed Shehzad, Salman Irshad. And Chattogram Challengers have got Usman Khan and Khawaja Nafay.
However, due to Pakistan Super League (PSL), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has recalled the players within February 2, 11 days before the PSL 8 begins in Multan. They clarified that they have called the players back at the request of the PSL franchises. Earlier, PCB gave allowance to the players to stay till February 8 in BPL.
The playoffs of BPL will start from February 12 and the final will be held on February 16. While the PSL will kick off on February 13.
