Surpassing Tamim Iqbal’s record of 206, Shakib’s brilliant innings ended at 217 from 276 deliveries hitting 31 boundaries. Mehedi Hasan Miraz fell to Neil Wagner for a duck on the last ball of the day. Bangladesh ended day two at 542 for 7 in 136 overs. Undoubtedly, it was Bangladesh’s day as they put 388 runs in the day. Sabbir Rahman is at the crease for ten runs.
