Windies have made a comeback in the three-match series with a four-wicket win in the second ODI at Shere Bangla National Cricket Stadium, Mirpur.

Bangladesh put on 255/7 on board after losing the toss. Tamim Iqbal (50), Mushfiqur Rahim (62) and Shakib Al Hasan (65) scored half-centuries for the hosts. Oshane Thomas took three wickets for 54.

Windies chased down the target in the last over, courtesy of a valiant effort from Shai Hope, who hit his third ODI hundred. Hope single-handedly won the match for the tourists scoring a career-best 146* off 144 deliveries hitting 12 fours and 3 sixes.

This was the 100th international match that featured a quintet of Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, Mushfiqur Rahim, Shakib Al HasanTamim Iqbal and Mahmudullah Riyad. It was the 64th instance of such in world cricket and the first for Bangladesh.
