Previously, MS Dhoni was seen playing volleyball with members of his Territorial Army battalion in a video that spread like wildfire on social media earlier in August.
The 38-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman took 2 months sabbatical from the game of cricket as he made himself unavailable for West Indies tour.
The selectors went for Rishabh Pant as the lone wicketkeeper-batsman for the limited-overs format of the tour but the latter failed to impress as he was criticised for poor shot selection in four innings out the five he played against the West Indies.
With the upcoming home series assignment against South Africa in September, MS Dhoni may get a recall into the Indian team squad for T20Is. India are scheduled to play 3 T20Is and 3 Test matches against South Africa starting September 15 onwards.
