Prime Bank Cricket Club recruit Naman Ojha for Super League phase

The Super League phase of Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League 2019, is all set to start from Monday. One of the title contenders Prime Bank Cricket Club has made a surprise inclusion, they have enrolled Naman Ojha for this segment of the competition.

Prime Bank Cricket Club ended the first stage of the league standing second in the point table with 8 wins in 11 matches. Legends of Rupganj are standing in the top of the table with 10 wins in 11 matches while Abahani Limited are third in the table.

On Monday, Prime Bank Cricket Club will face Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi in their first match of the Super League.

Wicket keeper batsman Naman Ojha have experience of playing 113 matches where he scored 1554 runs at a strike rate of 118.35. His average is 20.72. In total Ojha appeared in 176 T20 matches.

35-year old Naman Ojha played 133 List A matches and scored 3933 runs. He have had a record of 197 dismissals as a wicket keeper of which 154 are catches and 43 stumping.

On the other hand, Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi also contracted Sri Lankan opener Dilshan Munaweera. It can be noted that Munaweera played in the Bangladesh Premier League as well.
