Sam Curran gives epic reply to Ian Bishop after he calls him ‘naughty’

Chennai Super Kings failed to make it to the playoffs for the first time in the history of the Indian Premier League. They are the only team who made it to the finals on eight occasions but also maintained a perfect record of qualifying to the playoffs every single time they played the IPL.

But due to poor planning, worst strategy and bad selection calls, Chennai Super Kings missed out on qualifying for the playoffs in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League. After losing hat-trick of games, Chennai Super Kings put on a great show in the IPL by registering three wins in a row.

Chennai Super Kings beat Royal Challengers Bangalore, Kolkata Knight Riders and Kings XI Punjab. CSK dented KKR’s hopes of qualifying for the playoffs this season. Though KKR defeated Rajasthan Royals in their final game to finish fourth, they will hope that Mumbai Indians beat Sunrisers Hyderabad.

With Sunrisers Hyderabad having a terrific Net Run Rate, they have a great chance of qualifying for the playoffs this season if they beat Mumbai Indians in the final fixture. KKR will have to rely on Mumbai Indians’ victory over SRH to see themselves through to the playoffs.

Sam Curran comes up with a perfect reply to Ian Bishop:

England and CSK young all-rounder Sam Curran came up with an epic reply to commentator Ian Bishop after the latter called him naughty for spoiling other teams’ parties in the ongoing edition of the IPL at the United Arab Emirates. Chennai Super Kings got the better of Kings XI Punjab by nine wickets to end their campaign on a positive note.

At least, they will not be worried about not finishing at the bottom of the points table. CSK’s victory also ended Kings XI Punjab’s hopes of qualifying for this season’s playoffs. “Other teams partied the other day when we beat Kolkata, they are probably struggling for the playoffs now. Now hopefully if we beat Kings XI, they’ll be out as well. It’s all good fun,” Chennai Super Kings all-rounder Sam Curran told commentator Ian Bishop.

The West Indies commentator then called Sam Curran naughty for being the party pooper. Bishop wrote, “That’s very naughty of you really to be spoiling other people’s parties all the time.”

Sam Curran came up with a savage reply to the commentator by saying, “They spoiled out party earlier in the competition by beating us. So let’s try beat them today.”
