Sarah Taylor has been fighting mental issues for over three years now.

Recently, England talented wicketkeeper of the women’s team, Sarah Taylor has been setting an infamous example which fans of this generation wouldn’t like it. She was criticised for posting a nude picture during a photoshoot session.

However, she has been dealing with several issues surrounding her mental health. In 2016, she took a break from the game of cricket at a time when she was all set to take over as the captain of the national team from Charlotte Edwards.

Heather Knight was named as the captain. Recently, she also took a break from international cricket in the wake of the Women’s Ashes. The 30-year-old cricketer also missed the T20I series versus the Aussies. She totally understands that mental health is not something that can be cured on the whole and instead it is a continual management process.

She also felt that she isn’t in good shape for cricket at the top level.

Sarah had posed naked for a health magazine with a bold message, asking women to be proud of themselves and their body. She also spoke about the issues she has encountered with her body. She wasn’t really comfortable in the nude photo shoot but at the same time, she felt proud after sending across the message.

Though the picture received massive criticism from the netizens on social media, there were others who appreciated Sarah Taylor for her motivational words.

In the meantime, the London-born has posted yet another bold post. She can be seen topless, holding the bat with the gloves, covering her private parts.

She captioned the picture and wrote, “Waiting to go into bat like.”

Taylor is now playing for the Surrey Stars in the Women’s Super League. She has been in terrific form, having scored 225 runs in 6 matches at a pretty good average of 45. She struck two fifties which came against Western Storm and Loughborough Lightning.

She is the top run-scorer for his team by a fair distance and has also been at her impressive best with the keeping gloves, taking catches and effecting stumpings.

However, it remains to be seen when she makes up her mind to make a rebound to international cricket.
