Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed said they would treat all matches in the ICC World Cup 2019 as a match against India. To be noted, Pakistan have never beaten their hard fought neighbors in a World Cup contest.

“For us all nine matches are important so we will take every match as a match against India,” he said.

“We have beaten India in a bigger event recently so we will have that advantage,” said Sarfraz, who eventually preferred his side termed as ‘underdogs’ in the big event rather than a favorite one.

The specific comment boomeranged Sarfraz – the Pakistani skipper is quite heavily trolled in the social media for the comparison.
