Shakib Al Hasan to be included in the next KKR match?

Kolkata Knight Riders has played two matches in the 10th edition of the Indian premier league IPL. They won one match so far and was defeated in another.

All-rounder Shakib Al Hasan was not in the team in last two matches. Chris Lynn, Chris Woakes, Sunil Narine, Trent Boult are the four foreign players who played last two matches. Two of them are pacer, one is spinner and the other is batsman.

In last match Kolkata played very bad in the death over bowling. Mumbai Indians needed 60 runs with 24 balls with 6 wickets in hand. Mumbai won the match with four wickets.

Meanwhile Gujarat Lions got 53 runs against Kolkata in last four overs. Trent Boult performed badly in the last two matches. He got one wicket by giving 40 runs in his four overs.

Pace all-rounder Chris Woakes gave 35 runs with zero wicket in four overs. Trent Boult bowled 3.5 overs in the second innings and conceded 47 runs but became wicket less. Chris Woakes did 4 overs with one wicket and 34 runs. Now Chris Lynn in a doubt to play IPL with his injury.

Indian pacer Umesh Jadav is very experienced now in Kolkata Knight Rider’s team. Shakib Al Hasan performed very well in the death overs as well as in his batting. So Shakib Al Hasan should be in the eleven instead of any foreign player.

The next match of Kolkata Knight Riders will be on 13 April. They will play against Kings Eleven Punjab at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The match will start at 8.30pm, Bangladesh Standard time.
