Shakib extends helping hand to 300 needy families

Bangladesh star all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has started his foundation ‘The Shakib Al Hasan Foundation’ with a view to helping the needy people. The journey of this foundation has just inaugurated after the coronavirus pandemic hit back to Bangladesh. Now he has distributed daily necessary goods for living among 300 families.

He has distributed the relief among the people of Bagura district. The relief pack contains eight kinds of commodities necessary for daily living including rice, oil, soap, salt, vegetables etc. The pack is wrapped up by a photo of Shakib Al Hasan.

The main theme of the relief distribution ceremony was “Helping is not a mercy, Rather it’s your Right.” Employee from Shakib’s foundation carried out the distribution along with the present and former students of Bogura Zilla School.

People living hand to mouth expressed their heartiest gratitude after having the relief pack. Maintaining social distance. the relief was distributed in Matidhala high school on May 7. The distribution ceremony held in four days and 300 families have been gifted the relief pack.

Due to the current unrest situation around the country it has become very irony for the poor people those who lives by hand to mouth. And Shakib’s foundation stood beside some of the families. The whole amount of money Shakib earned from auction has been given to the foundation lately.
