Shakib joins with Sunrisers Hyderabad squad


Bangladeshi superstar Shakib Al Hasan joins his franchise team Sunrisers Hyderabad ahead of the twelfth season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Sunrisers confirms the news of joining their one of the most important player through social media at noon on Friday.

For the participation in the IPL, Shakib got all the clearance from Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) yesterday. And after that, he departed for India at night.

Sunrisers Hydrabad welcome Shakib greatly and posted on the social media, “Plenty of experience and all-round performer. Shakib Al Hasan is not just back, he’s coming with a bag full of tricks”.

Shakib played 60 matches in his whole IPL career and gathered much experience with much success. He scored 737 runs with the average of 21.68 in 45 innings in the IPL. Among these, he smashed two half centuries.

And in the bowling section, he’s more successful. He has 57 wickets with his name with the economy rate of 7.40. His best bowling figure consists of 3 wickets by giving away just 17 runs.

IPL will begin from tomorrow with the match between Chennai Super Kings vs Royal Challengers Bangalore. Sunrisers will start their IPL campaign from Sunday against Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Garden. The match will start at 4:30PM Bangladesh time.
