Life has stopped. However, the attempt to stand beside the people is not stopped. Shakib Al Hasan, who is currently in self quarantine in the United States, is going to donate testing kits.

Shakib’s organization ‘The Shakib Al Hasan Foundation’ has already stood beside the poor people. After collecting donations from various individuals and organizations around the world, the fund is being given by an initiative called ‘Mission Save Bangladesh.’ The initiative is taken by The Daily Star, and Samakal.

This time, Shakib has taken a new campaign with the Confidence Group.

“I am very proud to inform you that the Confidence Group, together with the Shakib Al Hasan Foundation, has helped to create a total fund of Tk 2 million. Proceeds from this fund will be provided to some reputed hospitals and medical institutes for testing kits,”

Shakib said.

“I look forward to working more with the Confidence Group to bring about change in people’s lives.”

Shakib is currently out of cricket under the International Cricket Council (ICC) ban. So the one of the best all-rounder in the world is not naturally with the other cricketers of the country. He is trying to be like himself.

Shakib traveled to the United States to meet his wife and daughter late last month. He didn’t go home, got up in a hotel. There will be 14 days in isolation.
