Sohan not concerned about team selection

Bangladesh’s young wicket-keeper batsman Nurul Hasan Sohan has always been ignored in Bangladesh national team, despite performing well in the domestic cricket. It is natural that such thing disturbs any player and Sohan also admitted that but he says he always avoids thinking about selection as it is not in his hand.

“These things do come to my mind. But I always try to ignore such thoughts. There is no use of thinking about something that is not in my hand. My goal is to do well wherever I get the opportunity,” Sohan was quoted as saying by Cricfrenzy.

As Sohan finally gets a chance, he is determined to make full use of the chance. He added, “There is always a desire to play for Bangladesh. To represent your country in any format of the game is special. Now I have got a chance in the Test squad, my aim is to do well when the opportunity comes.”
