Tigers to play ODI first in Sri Lanka tour

After the completion of the one off Test series against India for the first time, Bangladesh is going to face Sri Lanka at the ending phase of this month. Bangladesh to play ODI first in Sri Lanka

Regarding the tour, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Vice Chairman Mahbubul Anam, informed on a press briefing on Monday that during the Sri Lanka tour, Bangladesh will face Sri Lanka in the limited version matches first.

“The series will commence through one day matches on 7th of March. Bangladesh team will fly to Sri Lanka in 27th or 28th of February according to the flight schedule” – he said.

BCB Chief Executive Officer Nijam Uddin Chowdhury said, “Bangladesh will face Sri Lanka in a full series consists of Test, ODI and T20Is.”
