Twitterati roasts Sanjay Manjrekar for his tweet on 'being a parent'
Sanjay Manjrekar was trolled badly by social media users for his recent tweet.

On a day when the entire nation is celebrating Bhai Dooj, a festival to recognise the brother-sister relationship, Sanjay Manjrekar had shared an overheard conversation of his son “on speakerphone to his sister”.

However, the social media users were pretty quick to spot Sanjay Manjrekar’s tweet and they didn’t miss a chance to post jokes on the former India cricketer. It all started after Sanjay Manjrekar tweeted: “My son on speakerphone to his sister. ‘I got a revelation the other day about how dad was wrong.’ #BeingAParent.”

Here’s how Twitterati reacted:

During the summer 2019 World Cup in the UK, Sanjay Manjrekar was quoted as saying by news agency IANS that he is not a big fan of Ravindra Jadeja, calling him a ‘bits and pieces’ cricketer.

“I am not a big fan of bits and pieces players which Jadeja is at this point of his career in 50-over cricket. In Test matches, he is a pure bowler. But in 50-over cricket, I would rather have a batsman and a spinner.”

While fans hit out at Sanjay Manjrekar for his “bits and pieces” remark, it didn’t take much time for Ravindra Jadeja to troll Sanjay back.

“Still I have played twice the number of matches you have played and I’m still playing. Learn to respect people who have achieved. I have heard enough of your verbal diarrhoea.@sanjaymanjrekar,” Jadeja had tweeted.
