Vaughan calls Indian selectors mad after dropping Rishabh Pant

India announced their 15-man squad for the upcoming World Cup in England on Monday where Dinesh Karthik has been preferred over Rishabh Pant.

Experience beats talent and it was proved once again as 33-year old Dinesh Karthik has been picked over young Rishabh Pant for the World Cup.

Even in the last few months it was certain that Pant is going to England and as India dropped Karthik in the last ODI series against Australia, the thing became even more obvious.

But the Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) stunned the cricket world and a broken dream turned into reality for Karthik.

However, former England captain  Micheal Vaughan wasn’t really impressed with the selections and labelled India as ‘bonkers’ for not picking Pant.

“No in the World Cup Squad … India must be bonkers !!!!!” he tweeted.
