VIDEO: Pat Cummins bowled a off-spin to dismiss Jonny Bairstow

The Australian pacer, Pat Cummins has failed to put a match-winning performance in the ongoing ODI series between England and Australia.

But, the right-arm fast bowler has done something extraordinary in the final game as he dismissed a well-settled batsman, Jonny Bairstow with a brilliant off-spin.

The hosts elected to bat first after winning the toss in the final ODI against Australia. They wanted to put up a big score on their board but the left-arm pacer, Mitchell Starc gave them an electric shock by removing Jason Roy and Joe Root on first two consecutive deliveries.

England skipper Eoin Morgan and Jos Buttler had no answer to Zampa and got out cheaply.

Even though they lost their four key players cheaply, Bairstow took time and played calm inning under pressure. The swashbuckling opener registered his 10th ODI hundred but it was his first hundred in ODIs with less than the strike rate of 100. After reaching the century, Bairstow decided to change his inning into top gear.

But the brilliant delivery from Pat Cummins sent Bairstow to the pavilion. On the very first ball of the 41st over, Pat Cummins rolled his fingers and the ball spun very sharply and went into the gap between the bat and pad of Bairstow before disturbing the stumps. Jonny Bairstow could not believe what was happened as he continued to stare at Pat Cummins.
