In the first half of the match, CSK skipper won the toss and decided to field first. The team full of batting stars, Royale Challengers Bangalore initiated the innings losing captain Virat Kohli in the fifth over.
But South African hard hitters AB de Villiers and Quinton de Kock hammered back with a 103 runs second wicket partnership. Villiers scored 68 while Quinton de Kock nocked 53.
