Former Windies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo led Maratha Arabians in this year’s league. His team Maratha Arabians couldn’t make it to the final but were playing the Eliminator Final game against Bengal Tigers in Sharjah on December 1.
The all-rounder is never short of funs in the cricket games especially in these types of leagues. There is a separate fan base for the all-rounder to watch his celebrations in the matches. In the T10 League also he introduced a pre-dismissal celebration.
Bravo was bowling the 9th over of the first innings at the Tigers batsman Mohammed Nabi. They were in a pretty decent position with over 115 runs on the board. Bravo who has mastered the art of death bowling sent down a slower bouncer and Nabi wanted to dispatch it.
The bowler had rolled his fingers on the ball and hit it on the deck which further slowed it down. Nabi was trying to pull it but got nowhere near. The ball just lobbed in the air and didn’t even reach the other end of the 22 yards. The bowler being someone as aware as Bravo sensed a wicket-taking opportunity and couldn’t hide his excitement even while running towards the ball.
