Watch: Smith takes a flying catch to dismiss Woakes

Australian player Steve Smith took an absolute stunner at the second slip to dismiss English player Chirs Woakes in the ongoing fifth Ashes Test.

The Ashes 2019 is about to finish with just two more days left in the final Test. Already Australia have retained the Ashes with them after the victory at Manchester and they are leading the series 2-1 at the moment.

After failing to reconquer the Ashes, England have come back strongly into the fifth Ashes Test as they have the upper hand at the end of day 3, leading by 382 runs in the second innings. Day 3 of the Test was completely dominated by the English batsmen.

In the meantime, Steve Smith, the hero of Ashes 2019 had yet another special moment in the field as he took a stunning one-handed flying catch to dismiss English all-rounder Chris Woakes.

On the last delivery of the said 87th over, Mitchell Marsh bowled a length delivery which drew Woakes into a flashy drive. But the ball took edge of the bat and went towards the slip cordon. Steve Smith who was at the second slip grabbed the ball to his right hand with an amazing dive to his right side. And that resulted in another wicket for Mitchell Marsh.
