'We win the trophy for people's blessings' says Riders' CEO Under an enthusiastic, dynamic leadership of Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, Rangpur Riders is the third franchise to hold the champion’s trophy after Dhaka Dynamites and Comilla Victorians. Out of five editions of the Bangladesh Premier League, Mashrafe Bin Mortaza raised the trophy in four occasions.

In the antecedent period of booming out the Riders’ big guns Chris Gayle and Brendon McCullum, Rangpur Riders were supposed to be considered as the farthest possible team to clinch the season title among top four contenders.

Mr. Ishtiaq Sadek, the Chief Executive Officer of Rangpur Riders marked the prayer of millions of people as the catalyst of success of the team.

He said, “Rangpur won the trophy on praying of many people. The team went through image complications prior to the change of ownership, we have made salvation. For many reasons, we did have an ardent desire to exhibit something special from the beginning of the tournament.”

Presented the corporate social responsibility of Rangpur Riders, the CEO said, “We performed various tasks out of our social responsibility to general people which no one even knows. You all see we went to give reliefs to flood and draught affected people in Rangpur zone besides going to orphanage, madrasas. The well wishes of people do usher blessings.”
