Bangladesh have been average form in T20Is this year. They lost two T20Is against Sri Lanka at home earlier in February. A much better peace performance was displayed in the Nidahas Trophy where they were runners-up against a second-string Indian side.

The first T20I will be played at Warner Park, Basseterre in St Kitts on July 31. Bangladesh will play an international match in the USA for the first time. Florida will host the last two T20Is on August 4 and 5. All the matches will be night games which means they will start during dawn on the next day in Bangladesh time.
