BCB confirms schedule of Ireland series

The Irish will set foot in Dhaka on March 12. Then on March 15, the only warm-up match of the tour will be played. However, the venue for the warm-up match is yet to be confirmed.

Bangladesh will play a full series at home against Ireland next March. Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has released the complete schedule of the series today (January 23).
The Tigers will play a home series against England at the end of the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). There is no time to breathe even after the England series. Ireland will come to play. The Irish will set foot in Dhaka on March 12. Then on March 15, the only warm-up match of the tour will be played. However, the venue for the warm-up match is yet to be confirmed.
After that, Ireland will play three ODIs, three T20Is, and a Test match with the Tigers. The series will start with ODIs in Sylhet. All three matches of the ODI series will be organized at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. The three matches will be on March 18, 20, and 23.
After that, the two teams will travel to Chattogram to play the T20I series. The first T20I match will be organized on March 27 at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium. After that, the remaining two matches of the series will be held at the same stadium on the 29th and 31st.
At the end of the Chattogram phase, the Irish will return to Dhaka for the sole purpose of playing a Test. The only Test between the two teams will be played at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on April 4.
