I will keep trying: Taskin Ahmed breaks into tears

At last the inevitability of being out of the fitness has shattered the dreams of pacer Taskin Ahmed to be in the World Cup.

'Chasing 170-180 not that hard'

On Tuesday, Bangladesh national team selectors announced the 15-men squad where the 24 year old has been left out; he is even outcast from the Tri-nation series team.

Facing the media after the announcement, Taskin Ahmed could not help but break into tears.

“Who wants to be the bad one? Everyone wants to be good; there will be opportunities for me in future, I’ll keep continue my endeavor. Now I’ll try to focus on the Super League of DPL,” Taskin said with shedding tears.

When he was asked about fitness, it was hard for him to talk in front of the press.

“Selectors did whatever they felt best. Everyone please pray for me, I’ll continue my trials,” he said.
