Indian Cricket Team 2021 Schedule

The Indian Cricket Team have not been in action for nearly eight months in 2020. But, the upcoming year will be a busy year for Virat Kohli and Company. They have not played a single game since March due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

At the start of 2020, the Indian team hosted Sri Lanka and Australia before flying to New Zealand for the full-fledged tour. They were then involved in the ODI series against South Africa but the series was suspended due to COVID-19.

However, other cricket countries have started to play international cricket. India, on the other hand, will make a comeback during their tour of Australia.

The upcoming year will be a busy year for the Men in Blue as they are going to play non-stop cricket in 2021. As per the reports, the Indian team will play 14 Tests, 16 ODIs and 23 T20Is in 2021. Apart from this, they will also participate in the Asia Cup and the ICC T20 World Cup in 2021.

After hosing the England team, the Indian cricketers will start their preparations for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. According to the reports, the upcoming edition of IPL will witness the mega auction. There were also reports that a new team will participate in the IPL 2021.
