The ongoing Test match between Bangladesh and Pakistan is perfectly hanging in balance, where both teams are in with a strong chance to take the game. However, Pakistan cricketing legend Inzamam ul Haq described the Tigers as an average side.
After ending his playing career, Inzamam now spends time talking about the game on his YouTube channel. Inzamam uploaded a video after the third day of the Bangladesh-Pakistan first Test.
Inzamam ruled out Bangladesh as a strong side. He also said that he could not find anything in the bowling of spinner Taijul Islam who bowled a fantastic spell to take 7 wickets, which dismantled the Pakistan batting line up. At the same time, he claimed that batting or bowling in Bangladesh is not good at all.
Inzamam quotes, " Pakistan should have scored more runs. I don't think the wicket is that hard. The ball spins a little, but the batsmen are getting out. No technique, no expertise."
Regarding Taijul, Inzamam said, " Respect to the one who has taken 7 wickets. But I did not  see anything special in his bowling. I want the Pakistani batsmen to play harder against them."
Despite objecting to consider Bangladesh as a good team, Inzamam agrees that if the Tigers score more than 200 runs, Pakistan will be in danger of losing the match.
He adds, "If the pitch is older, it will be difficult for Pakistan to make 200. Pakistan have to ensure that the lead doesn't cross 200, and therefore bundle Bangladesh at 150. Bangladesh is a team of average quality, neither batting nor the bowling is good. We have to play against them like that."
