IPL 2022: Kane lauds Bhuvneshwar as one of the top death bowlers in tournament

Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been one of the productive assets to Sunrisers Hyderabad cricket team for a long time now. He has often led the bowling attack by example where he kept the opposition batters in check while also taking wickets at crucial intervals.

Bhuvi also played a fantabulous role in the team's recent win over Mumbai Indians. He conceded 26 runs in his quota of 4 overs with an economy of 6.50. He has also bowled a maiden over, which is really impressive.

SRH scored 193/6 in 20 overs. Rahul Tripathi top-scored with 76 off 44 balls including 9 fours and 3 sixes. In reply, MI ended up with 190/7 in their quota of 20 overs and lost the game by 3 runs.

After the game, SRH captain Kane reserved the highest respect for his teammate Bhuvneshwar Kumar. He said the team's death bowling has been one of the biggest strengths. He further added that Bhuvneshwar has been one of the top death bowlers of the competition. 

Kane also went on to pick the match-winning moment. He said, "Our death bowling has been a strength of ours and Bhuvi's one of the top death bowlers of the tournament. His contribution today and to bowl a maiden is an amazing contribution and match winning moment really."

SRH captain was also happy to break the streak. He said, "Nice to break the streak. But also nice to win the wrestle. Had a few games where momentum wasn't on our side and we couldn't wrestle it back. All in all a very good performance and a lot of learning to come out of it."
