Bangladesh women’s team have made incredible progress in recent times. Cricketers have made it a habit to win in a field cricket. The test status is also conquered. The improvement of the team is clearly visible. In this continuation, Bangladesh have reached the finals of ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier and so participation in the World Cup is confirmed.

Nigar said, “We have been playing together for many years. It's time to show the world how much we've improved as a team, how good a team we are. There are many experienced and talented players in the team.”
Participation in the World Cup is confirmed by reaching the finals of the World Cup qualifiers. However, they do not want to stop at that goal. They want to return home as the champion team for the third time.
She added, “Alhamdulillah we have qualified for the World Cup, which was our main objective. Of course, I am very proud of the way my girls played throughout the tournament. Maybe today was a bit of a close match, but I had faith in everyone. Everyone believed that we can win this match.”
“Now our focus is on the championship. Hopefully we will give my best in the final match and go home with the championship.”
