Bangladesh silent killer Mahmudullah Riyad is going to play his last match in the Caribbean Premier League 2018. His team, St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots, will play against Barbados Tridents at four o’clock in the morning on Wednesday.

This is also the last match of St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots in the group stage. They have confirmed the play-off already beating Jamaica Tallawahs in the last match. So, Chris Gayle and his team-mates are going to play in their last match with no pressure.

St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots wins  four matches and lost fours in their nine matches. Other match has been washed out due to rain. Saint Kitts and Nevis Patriots are in fourth place of the points table with nine points. They want to enter to  play-off beating  Barbados Tridents today.

Barbados Tridents has already been eliminated from the tournament as they have just won just two matches out of the 8 matches. They are at the bottom of the point table with only four points.

Chris Gayle, the captain of the St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots, is in excellent form with the bat in the tournament. The explosive batsman does not play any big innings but he gets regular runs. He scored 90 runs in the last three matches.

Mahmudullah Riyad also contributed for his team St Kitts and Nevis Patriots in order to ensure their play-off. In the match, He scored  28 runs in just 11 balls for grabbing the victory for his team. He also did well with his bowling in this tournament.. This is the last match for Mahmudullah Riyad for the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots as he has to return to Bangladesh squad  without playing a play-off on September 7 for upcoming Unimoni Asia Cup 2018 which will be started from September 15.
