The right hand batsman has been sent back to Dhaka for better treatment. Dhaka Metropolis’ team manager Amin Khan said: “From friday night Ashraful had fever. After a blood test, we got to know that he is infected with dengue. He is sent back to Dhaka today. He will be given better treatment there.”
