Mohammad Asif suffers major injury in Lahore car accident
Asif was injured along with his wife and two daughters as their car bumped into a footpath in Lahore. The accident took place on Monday in Lahore’s Defence Phase One after Asif reportedly swerved onto the curb in order to avoid a speeding vehicle coming from the other side.

But the 35-year old Asif lost control of his own vehicle and hit the sidewalk and in the end, all the members of the family suffered head injuries.

People rushed to the place of the accident and immediately moved the injured to a private hospital where they were given initial medical aid before being shifted to Service Hospital.

However, Asif and his family are now out of danger. Although, they have been suggested to do  CT scans by doctors which they will likely do before being discharged from the hospital.

After the end of Asif’s five-year spot fixing ban, he didn’t get the opportunity to play in the national side again and it’s unlikely to happen anymore as the 35-year old is nearing to his last few years of his cricket career.
