The matter was not simply taken by the 2019 World Cup’s highest run collector, the owner of a maximum of five centuries in a World Cup.

Rohit trolled so much when he heard of the challenge thrown by Pant. Who knows all about the world of six-hitting skills. Pant recently challenged Rohit, whose ‘Hitman’ title proves how ready he is to send the ball to the gallery. The challenge was who can drive sixes so far. Although the challenge was not straightforward, Pant reaches out to Hitman through a live chat session.

Rohit was in a live chat session with the club’s team-mate Bumrah recently on Instagram. There, the Mumbai Indians pacer told of the challenge of throwing the captain over. And Rohit’s response to Pant hearing of that challenge in the face of Bumrah is now on the viral internet. The Mumbai Indians captain, though, said it was a complete joke. Hitman, hearing of the challenge, told Pont,

“Sala ek saal hua nahi merko challenge karega? (It is not a year yet and you’re to here to challenge me!)”

That video of Rohit-Bumrah’s live chat session on the internet was released soon after it started selling like a hotcake. In the midst of a lockdown, Pant-Rohit’s challenge, seems to have enjoyed by the cricket fans.

If there is a possibility of seeing such a healthy competition in the franchise league, it may not be the case for coronavirus. Indian Premier League (IPL) postponed till April 15. There is a serious doubt about whether the billionaire league can be started after that period.
