Shakib’s father tested positive for covid-19


Shakib Al Hasan’s father Mashrur Reza has been affected with the coronavirus. He tested positive after the report came out on Sunday.

Since the start of this pandemic, all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan helping people through his foundation and providing necessary things to the needy people. Despite being in USA, his foundation has been up and running. The foundation has helped thousands of people so far.

But the virus has now affected Shakib’s family in Magura. His father Mashrur Reza went to undergo a test after he was suffering from cold for a few days. The report came out on Sunday and it was informed that it is positive.

Shakib’s cousin Sohan confirmed the news that his father has been tested positive while they are still waiting for her mother’s report.

“He works in a bank. Around 6-7 people were already affected by the virus before him. We could to know he is affected to after the report came out. We got the report today. Shakib’s mother also went to undergo test. We will get the report tomorrow hopefully,” Sohan told bdcrictime.

Meanwhile, Shakib is staying alongside his wife, daughter and the new-born daughter in USA since the start of this pandemic. This is the first time the all-rounder has been staying in USA for so long. However, he is still running his foundation quite well from there and helping the needy people.
